MOJA Arts Festival
The MOJA Arts Festival is a celebration of African American and Caribbean Arts. Selected as one of the Southeast Tourism Society's Top 20 Events for many years, the MOJA Arts Festival promises an exciting lineup of events with a wide variety of traditional favorites. Nearly half of the events are admission-free, and the remainder is offered at modest ticket prices. This event comes each year at the end of September lasting through early October and is a multi-disciplinary festival produced and directed by the City of Charleston Office of Cultural Affairs.
Charleston Mimosa Festival
Each season the Charleston Wine Festival association hosts an amazing event and their Autumn event in October does not disappoint with the Charleston Mimosa Festival! Enjoy mimosas with a variety of flavors to choose from brunch punch, beer, wine as well as live music and a DJ! Your ticket will include entry, entertainment, souvenir cup, and all you can drink from 1pm until 4:45pm so hurry and buy your tickets now while the cost is lower as they will increase the day of the event.
Autumn on The Ashley
Magnolia’s Fall Festival is back! Enjoy the craftsmanship of local artists, and get a jump start on your holiday shopping, at this amazing and extremely scenic event! Wood carvings, paintings, jewelry, photography, natural skincare, lawn art, are just a few things to name that you will see at this local festival. There will also be fun for the whole family including a costume contest and other exciting fall activities! But please note that general admission to Magnolia Plantation and Gardens is required to attend the event ($29 adults, $15 children, and free for children 5 and under).
The Lowcountry’s oldest and most beloved Oktoberfest celebration returns each year for a memorable day of seasonal beer, German music, food, and homemade fun. More than just a celebration of Fall and all-things German, Charleston Oktoberfest has become the city’s favorite annual community picnic, with games, outdoor activities for children and an atmosphere that encourages friends and families to get away from their various screens and enjoy the simple pleasure of each other's company.
